The development of information technology in recent decades has led to profound transformations in the business environment, where the competitiveness of enterprises is becoming increasingly dependent on their ability to implement innovative solutions. One of the key aspects of this transformation is the transition to a B2B model, where interaction between businesses becomes the basis of many economic relationships. In this context, the issues of developing and launching new products on the B2B market are of particular importance. Effectively offering products in this area requires not only technical competence, but also a deep understanding of the needs of business customers, the characteristics of their industries and the competitive environment. This paper examines the processes of developing and launching a new product on the B2B market for the company Aitipara LLC.
