This study examines the digital skills required for specialists in cross-cultural communication, with a particular emphasis on the importance of effective collaboration in digital environments. As digital media continue to evolve, it becomes critically important to understand and manage cross-cultural interactions in online spaces. The study employed a mixed-methods approach: a thematic analysis of studied models of cross-cultural and digital competencies was conducted, along with a survey of third- and fourth-year students specializing in "Intercultural Corporate Communication." The study revealed that digital competencies are a crucial element for successful cross-cultural interaction, especially in the context of globalization and digitalization. The paper proposes a model of necessary competencies for specialists in cross-cultural communication, consisting of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that promote the effective use of digital technologies in professional activities. The combination of theoretical frameworks and practical data allows this research to contribute to the understanding of the significance of digital competencies in the field of cross-cultural communication and to provide a basis for developing digital literacy training for such specialists.
