This master's thesis is devoted to a rather acute topic in society - the problem of money relations of personality. Since Z. Freud paid only a little attention to the problem of money, associating it with being stuck in the anal stage of psychic development, it is obvious that, from a psychoanalytic position, the problem expects more attention. Z. Freud and other psychoanalysts later pointed out the similar nature of attitudes to money and attitudes to sex, which became the prerequisite for this study of the peculiarities of the formation of attitudes to money in relationship to the concept of “libido” and in the context of the transformation of libidinal energy in the cycle of human sexual reactions. The research work is devoted to the questions about those underlying factors and reasons that underlie the differences in the level of earnings, total income and well-being of modern man. The study of the peculiarities of the formation of attitudes to money in relationship to the concept of “libido” and in the context of the transformation of libidinal energy in the cycle of human sexual reactions allowed to clarify the true causes of blockages that prevent the increase of earnings and pleasure from the use of earned money, which can be a good help for psychoanalytically-oriented specialists in working with clients.
