This scientific work is dedicated to the study of corporate conflict management in the activities of medical organizations. The author identifies the place and role of conflict management in the management system of a medical institution and develops four organizational and managerial models of corporate conflict management applicable to four types of medical organizations: large private, large public, small private, and small public. As part of the research, an analysis of statistical data on adverse events in a large medical organization over a calendar year was conducted, along with in-depth interviews with top managers of the organization. These served as a starting point for developing proposals to optimize managerial decision-making in the prevention and resolution of adverse events of a conflict and conflict-prone nature in medical organizations. The results of the study allowed for the development of recommendations for the implementation of the proposed models in the work of medical organizations. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of the foundational concepts in the emerging field of corporate conflict management as applied to medicine, contributing to the development of the theory and methodology for solving managerial tasks in the healthcare sector as a whole.
