Discursive Representation of the Concept of Justice From the Cross-Cultural Perspective (in the Russian-Speaking and English-Speaking Cultures) The thesis consists of 89 pages, containing 5 tables. A total of 62 sources were used in the writing of the thesis. Keywords: linguoconcept, conventional understanding, concept of JUSTICE, verbal representation, nominative field method, semantic analysis, cross-cultural aspect, film discourse. The object of the research was linguistic-cultural conceptology in a cross-cultural perspective. The subject of the research was the verbal representation of the concept of JUSTICE in the discursive practices of Russian-speaking and English-speaking communities in the context of cross- and intercultural studies, including its historical development, etymology, and social norm. The thesis includes an introduction, two chapters, two conclusions for each chapter, and a final conclusion. In the introduction, the relevance of the research is discussed, the problem, purpose, and objectives of the study are stated, the object and subject of the scientific search are determined, the hypothesis is formulated, the aim and tasks are set, and the methodological base, theoretical, and practical significance of the research are indicated. In the first chapter, we examined the theoretical foundations of linguoconceptology: JUSTICE as a concept. The historical development and evolution of the concept of JUSTICE were studied. Further, justice was considered as a social norm. Later, the role of justice in the formation of Russian and English-speaking cultures was identified. The conclusion of the first chapter summarizes the theoretical material studied. In the second chapter, the verbal representation of the concept of JUSTICE was studied (based on the example of Russian and American cultures). An analysis of the verbalization of the concept was conducted using the nominative field method, and verbalization was examined using the example of the Russian and American series "Your Honor." Later, we explored the nomination of the concept of JUSTICE using the example of the film name "Your Honor." The conclusion of the second chapter describes the significance of the obtained results. In the final conclusion, we summarized the entire work on how the concept of JUSTICE developed and was reflected in a cross-cultural perspective (based on the example of Russian-speaking and English-speaking film discourses).
