Nowadays, the assessment of a company's ethics is essential for regulating market behavior. This evaluation force consumers and regulators to make more informed decisions, which subsequently stimulates more responsible behavior from companies. The developed complex system, containing web-scrapping algorithms and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, was extended with freshly collected data and new NLP BERT-based model fine-tuning on Russian reviews on financial organizations (banks) labeled data. This model processed the reviews, and new ethics indices was obtained based on processing results. Comparison with alternative ratings as well as validation of results was done. The Ethics Index serves as a valuable alternative to the already existing ESG ratings, offering benefits for both research on corporate behavior purpose and practical applications in managing company reputation and developing policies to regulate market behavior.
