This project is focused on analyzing and improving the efficiency of an enterprise's production system using the concept of "Lean Manufacturing." The work provides a detailed overview of the principles of Lean Manufacturing, which emphasizes the elimination of waste and continuous improvement. The study describes an analysis of the current production system of the enterprise and identified areas that required improvement. Then it proposed a set of recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the production system in line with the principles of Lean Manufacturing for company AGAT group. The Lean Manufacturing concept shows various tools and techniques, including value stream mapping, to identify waste and inefficiencies in the production process. They also employed the 5S technique to organize the workplace and improve productivity. The study found that implementing Lean Manufacturing principles led to significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and customers’ satisfaction. Overall, manufacturing with lean production produces the same amount of products as mass production, but with lower cost of manufacture. This project details an effort to implement the principles of lean manufacturing in a specific retail establishment. It starts by examining the key features, fundamental goals and benefits of lean production. The company's production system is characterized by a universal model that specifies the necessary modifications. Lastly, the use of analysis and imitation modelling is explained, which also aids in changing the production system and conducting a survey. The purpose of this paper is to identify the main factors and methods of lean manufactoring and to evaluate their role in improvement of the efficiency of the enterprise’s production system.
