Currently, there are many factors that will still affect the future of the healthcare system in the Russian Federation. These are demographic changes, technological innovations, economic conditions, and climate change. Taking into account the growing aging of the population, it will be necessary to adapt the healthcare model to the increased level of chronic and age-related diseases. While global economic fluctuations and crises such as pandemics continue to put pressure on health systems, they will also require them to be flexible and resilient. Within the framework of this study, the goal was set and achieved – to study the evolution of attitudes to health in different generations in order to develop recommendations for the development of future health models. The tasks that were assigned to the study were successfully completed during the work. The existing information on the historical development of attitudes to health in different generations was studied. During the in-depth interview, it was possible to determine the peculiarities of attitudes to health in different generations. The features and future trends of the healthcare model were identified. At the end of this study, recommendations were formulated for the development of a healthcare model based on attitudes to health in generations. Thus, the results of the study not only confirmed the initial hypotheses, but also emphasized the importance of taking into account generational characteristics in the planning and implementation of health strategies. This helps to understand that further improvement of medical technologies and services must take into account these differences in order to ensure the accessibility and effectiveness of medical care for all segments of the population. As a result, a more flexible, adaptive and innovative healthcare model can be created. In conclusion, the study of the evolution of attitudes to health in different generations opens up significant prospects for improving healthcare models in the future. Taking into account the characteristics and expectations of each generation makes it possible to develop more effective and targeted medical services that not only contribute to improving the quality of life of the population, but also contribute to optimizing healthcare costs.
