Methods and Tools of Participatory Design Used to Improve Urban Infrastructure and Public Spaces: Conflict of Stakeholders Involved

The research is based on a qualitative approach complemented by quantitative methods to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the methods and tools of participatory design used to improve urban infrastructure and public spaces. Research design includes the following stages: literature review, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of results, and development of recommendations. The interpretation of the results will allow us to draw the main conclusions of the study, for example, the work will describe the most effective methods and tools of participatory design and/or identify typical conflicts between stakeholders and analyze the causes of their occurrence. Additionally, the factors contributing to successful engagement and conflict minimization will be worked out. The methodology of this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the methods and tools of collaborative design
