Work topic: "Development of a system for Promobot company support service". The work was carried out by a student of the Perm branch of the state autonomous educational institution of higher education "National Research University Higher School of Economics" Kazakov Ilya Mikhailovich in 2024. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents the results of the analysis of the processes of Promobot technical support service, provides business requirements and user requirements for the developed system, describes the results of the study of the needs of the target audience, analyses the existing accounting systems and processes of Promobot. The second chapter contains a description of the system design process, including the formation of functional requirements for the system, developed UML diagrams and database design. This chapter also describes the selection of technologies used to implement the system. The third chapter describes the process of system implementation and testing, including a description of the process of developing a desktop application, a browser extension and a word processor plug-in.
