In this final qualification work, the research necessary to study the strategies of a young specialist during the period of adaptation to professional activity in an educational institution was carried out. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and two appendices. The introduction reflects the relevance of the chosen topic of the final qualifying work. Also, the purpose and objectives are outlined, the object and subject of the study are indicated, the theoretical and practical significance of the work is set. The first chapter “Theoretical foundations of adaptation of young specialists” is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical base on the problem of adaptation of young specialists to professional activities in educational organizations. Special attention was paid to the factors influencing the success of adaptation, and the main method of adaptation of young teachers was identified. The second chapter “Research work” describes the results of interviews and questionnaires conducted, which were aimed at researching the internal strategies of young professionals that they use during the period of adaptation to work in educational organizations, and also developed recommendations for the successful adaptation of young professionals, taking into account their internal strategies.
