This paper is dedicated to the development of a software module for configuring access to the State Information Resource of Accounting (Financial) Reporting and consists of three chapters. The first chapter describes the analysis of the current business process in the organization and the identification of problem areas within it. Based on the identified issues, requirements for the developed module are formed, and approaches to solve these problems are determined. The second chapter details the step-by-step design of the software module. This stage starts with logical design and ends with physical design. A data storage model is created, and the server-side API and client-side interface are designed. The third chapter involves the implementation of the designed software module using technologies such as the "Go" programming language, the "React" library, and the "MongoDB" DBMS. At the end of the implementation, module testing is carried out, and the solution is deployed on a remote server. This work is intended for commercial use by LLC "2Factorial" and is applied to check the solvency of legal entities. The paper consists of 74 pages, 7 appendices, and 27 literary sources. The main text contains 36 illustrations and 18 tables.
