Abstract The study of the phenomenon of leadership and its relationship to psychopathological traits among entrepreneurial leaders is an urgent problem, reflecting the importance of the role of leaders in various organizations and society as a whole. This paper examines the historical, psychological, and psychoanalytic aspects of leadership, and highlights the importance of studying the personality traits that affect leaders" success. The study aims to identify psychopathological traits that may be inherent in business leaders, and substantiates the importance of this aspect for effective management and the formation of corporate culture. Work is important for the field of psychology, management, and management of organizations.
