Thesis on the topic “Development of an Application for Making Decisions to Eliminate Risks in a Business Process”. Author of the work: Vladimir Vasilievich Krasnikov. Within the framework of this work the problem of risks in business processes is studied by analyzing risk management standards and methodologies for building sustainable business processes. Based on the analysis and study of existing methods of solving the problem, functional and non-functional requirements for the system and its prototype are formulated. The algorithm of operation and architecture of the system were developed. The business process of loan issuance was analyzed and its simulation model was created, the business process of task coordination in Jira based on the business process of ER-Telecom JSC was analyzed. The prototype of the system representing a shell for creation of expert systems on the basis of products is realized, knowledge bases on the basis of the described business processes are realized, testing of the prototype on black box criteria is carried out. The work consists of 55 pages of the main text, as well as 28 pages of annexes, contains 34 illustrations, 2 tables, bibliography - 19 titles, 3 annexes.
