Comics Colorization

Recent advances in image generation have provided new opportunities for creating visually appealing pictures. Diffusion is a current cutting-edge method that is used for solving various task, including image-to-image ones. Comics colorization is a complicated task that requires a special attention, because it has a potential to facilitate artists work. In this research diffusion was applied as a method to produce color priors for comics pages colorization. It was shown that this approach is a promising one and can be incorporated in a colorization pipeline.
