Author: Nikita Kaliman, student of National Research University Higher School of Economics, Department of Information Technologies in Business. Work topic: Development of an algorithm for finding effective solutions for structural organization of information processes represented by structural-functional models. This report contains 46 pages, 19 figures. WRC is devoted to the development of an algorithm and a toolkit to improve the efficiency of business processes represented in BPMN notation. The first chapter contains problem statement, project requirements, description of methods of problem solving. The second chapter describes the design of information system architecture and business process optimization algorithms. The third chapter is devoted to the description of the tools obtained in the course of implementation and examples of its use.
