The purpose of this study is to explore the theoretical and practical possibilities and limits of the use of psychoanalytic coaching in consulting practice in comparison with coaching. The theoretical objectives of the study are: 1. To reveal the theoretical foundations of the multimodal approach in psychological counseling. 2. Describe the structure of the psychoanalytic coaching process and the specifics of the interaction between the coach and the client. 3. Analyze the integration of elements of psychoanalysis and coaching into psychoanalytic coaching. Empirical tasks: 1. To determine the advantages of a multimodal approach in the practice of psychoanalytic coaching counseling in comparison with classical coaching. 2. To consider in practical work the case of work in the technique of psychoanalytic coaching using work with dreams. 3. To explore the possibilities of applying a psychoanalytic approach Within the framework of this work, the research hypothesis was confirmed: the integration of elements of psychoanalysis and coaching within the framework of psychoanalytic coaching, it allows you to significantly expand the possibilities of professional counseling by achieving tangible practical results in the form of developing awareness of your limiting behavioral patterns and, as a result, more effective implementation of professional goals and objectives. The demonstration of these possibilities was reflected in the framework of the consideration of the case of the use of dreams and in the framework of the description of the case of classical coaching through a psychoanalytic prism. Drawing attention to the concept of multimodality, we can conclude from the analysis that psychoanalytic coaching is a multimodal method integrating aspects of psychoanalysis and coaching. In addition, it includes its own tools influenced by coaching and psychoanalysis, such as the term "scenes", the understanding of the "resource" and the concept of the coaching self. In this work, the systematization of important aspects is carried out, demonstrating the practical value of a comparative analysis of classical coaching and the psychoanalytic approach. It allows you to identify nuances and potential results in the context of choosing between two approaches, presenting the client not just as a source of simple statements, but as a complex system of mental images, accessible only if there is a psychoanalytic perspective.
