This research work examines the economic effects on the economy during the reorganization of the industrial territory of the ZIL of the city of Moscow. The work is based on a set of normative legal acts that provide a legal basis for the reorganization of industrial territories in Moscow, as well as statistical information about organizations located in the territory under consideration. The research work shows how the economic and statistical indicators changed over time during the reorganization of the ZIL plant.
