This work is devoted to the study of objective prerequisites for the spatial development of horticultural associations within the boundaries of the urban district of Vladikavkaz through the construction of evaluation matrices of the territorial-communication model. The main result of the work is the identification of development directions and fundamental conditions for the inclusion of poorly urbanized areas in the city limits during the preparation of documents and documentation of urban planning design.
