Changes in the Organization of Primary Health Care in an Urban Clinic under the Influence of Information Technology

Digitalization affects an increasing number of spheres of public life every year, including the healthcare industry. Changes in primary health care are paying special attention to themselves. The purpose of this study was to develop proposals for changes in the organization of primary health care under the influence of information technology. The materials and methods include the author's research using a qualitative methodology: the included observation of the author in the period September 2023 – January 2024, working in the DZM polyclinic.Moscow, analysis of literature on the topic of primary health care models and information technologies in medicine, comparative analysis of Russian and foreign experience on these topics, analysis of the regulatory framework, sociological research using qualitative methodology: 20 in-depth expert interviews with representatives of the middle and senior medical staff of the DZM polyclinics. Moscow. This paper presents an analysis of the results, which confirms the hypothesis that information technology is one of the most significant factors influencing changes in the organization of primary health care, but also describes in detail the technologies that were discovered during the research and require significant modernization.
