Proactive Behaviour of School Students and Their Participance in Extracurricular Education

This thesis is devoted to studying the influence of additional education on the development of proactive behavior in schoolchildren. The work analyzes various forms of additional education, including sports sections, academic clubs and creative studios. The study is based on data from surveys and interviews with teachers and students, as well as on an analysis of students’ academic performance and personal achievements. The results of the study show that involvement in additional education contributes to the development of schoolchildren such qualities as independence, initiative and responsibility. The work offers recommendations for integrating elements of additional education into the main school curriculum with the aim of comprehensive development of students' personalities.
