The goal of my project is to create a game application in the simulator genre that simulates the management of a tavern. The relevance of the project is due to the value of gaining practical experience of participating in the full development cycle of a game project. To create a tavern management simulator, I used the following methods: • Research on a future publishing platform; • Inductive reasoning to explain the potential user base; • Brainstorming to develop a game concept; • Qualitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of an existing gaming application; • Open beta testing to verify the completeness of the game and collect player feedback; • A questionnaire to analyze the main advantages and disadvantages of the game obtained during beta testing; • Statistical analysis to monitor the released product. During the work on the project, the following results were obtained: • As a result of the research of the future publication platform, the target audience was determined; • A competitive game project concept has been invented; • According to the invented concept, a game project was developed and tested, and subsequently released on the Yandex Games platform; • The statistics of the published game are analyzed.
