Civil Development of the Provincial City of Perm 1870-1900

The final qualifying work examines the architecture and buildings of the provincial Perm last 1/3 of the XIX century. The legislation on construction in the Russian Empire in the second half of the XIX century and the comparison of Perm with the large provincial cities of Russia was analyzed. A special place in the work is occupied by a cluster hierarchical analysis of residential facades and an analysis of the applicant's social composition. As a result of the study, the features of the development of architecture and building trends in Perm in the 1870s-1890s are outlined.
