Creating an Innovative Product in a Metalworking Company: the Case of ListoPrav LLC

The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for the release of a new proprietary product at ListoPrav LLC. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: studying the theoretical foundations of design thinking, analyzing the current state and emerging problems of the company, studying market needs, describing the configuration and key stages of production of selected products, estimating the cost and determining the market value of the products. The results of the work represent recommendations for the introduction of new products, including a list of the most promising products, a roadmap for their production, an assessment of costs and market values. These results will be presented to the general director of the company to make further decisions on product sales. The results of this work are of high practical significance, since they can be used for the development and implementation of new products in ListoPrav LLC and other companies working in the field of metalworking.
