Development of a Telegram Chatbot with a Schedule for HSE Students

Today, information technology plays an important role in various spheres of life. One of the most relevant and promising technologies is chatbots. Each year, they gain more popularity due to their accessibility and ability to automate various processes in everyday life. In the field of education, they also find significant application. However, in Russia, the problem of implementing new technologies in educational institutions remains. The primary objective of this project is to create a Telegram chatbot enabling students at the Higher School of Economics (HSE) to access their schedules. The execution of this project aims not only to resolve the issue at my university but also to potentially pave the way for university digitalization, enhancing educational processes, and student services. The work contains 23 pages, 4 chapters, 26 sources, 1 table, 5 illustrations, and 1 addendum.
