Divorces in Dagestan from 2011 to 2022

The work is devoted to the processes of divorce in the Republic of Dagestan in the period from 2011 to 2022. The work analyzes various demographic indicators calculated on the basis of data from All-Russian censuses and unpublished data from Rosstat. Attention is drawn to the specific cultural characteristics of the population of Dagestan, which influence the official statistics of divorce rates and are associated with the Islamic religiosity of Dagestanis. The fictitious nature of the large increase in the divorce rate in 2021 - 2022 in Dagestan is shown.
