Communication policy of regional authorities to the population becomes critically important in the context of digital transformation and the increasing speed of information. Research includes an analysis of the socio-economic situation of the region, a study of current issues and the needs of target audiences. The implementation of the communication strategy proposes approaches and solutions aimed at increasing trust in the authorities, with an emphasis on using relevant communication channels.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
