Analysis and Evaluation of the Implemented Educational Practices of Universities Participating in the Federal Project "Advanced Engineering Schools"

The paper describes the federal project "Advanced Engineering Schools" and the formats of participation in it of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation in order to identify innovative educational practices that contribute to the transformation of education and the training of qualified personnel for high-tech industries. The project was initiated within the framework of the national program "Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation" and is an active project with a development horizon until 2030 and beyond. The considered educational practices are reduced to recommendations for universities that are not involved in the project, but are planning the transformation of education (both as part of the project in the future and independently).

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
