Corporate Culture of Jewish Youth Organizations

The corporate culture of Jewish youth organizations plays an important role in the process of preserving and transmitting cultural heritage. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to study the corporate culture of Jewish youth organizations, as well as to identify the role of corporate culture in the formation and maintenance of Jewish identity among the younger generation in our modern times. This thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, which, in turn, include three sections each, conclusions, a list of sources used and appendices. In the first chapter of this final qualifying work, the theoretical basis on the topic of corporate culture in youth organizations will be considered. Starting with the definition of key concepts such as corporate culture, youth organization, as well as their significance in modern society, various approaches to the study of corporate culture, as well as its elements, will be analyzed. Attention will also be paid to the specifics of youth organizations and their role in the socio-cultural development of youth. It is important to note that special attention will be paid to the study of religious cultural aspects that influence the formation of Jewish corporate culture. The second chapter of this thesis will be devoted to the methodological aspects of the study of the corporate culture of Jewish youth organizations. A study will be conducted to identify the diversity of Jewish youth organizations, as well as the identification of their types and characteristics, and we will also touch on the topic of the social factor as a key aspect of the formation of Jewish youth organizations. Special attention will also be paid to the role of religious cultural aspects of corporate cultures and Jewish youth organizations. In the third chapter of this thesis, a study of the corporate culture of Jewish youth organizations will be conducted. This chapter will present the results of an empirical study of the corporate cultures of Jewish youth organizations. The data obtained during the interview will also be analyzed in order to identify key elements of the corporate culture, as well as its features and impact on the members of the organization. We will also look at how these elements contribute to the preservation and transmission of Jewish identity and how youth organizations adapt to modern challenges. In this section, we will present the main conclusions and recommendations on the development and maintenance of corporate culture in Jewish youth organizations, as well as the research base will be based on practical aspects, with the possible application of the results obtained to improve the work of such organizations
