The thesis includes an introduction, 3 chapters, and a conclusion based on the results of the written work. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, the purpose and purpose of the research, defines the object, the subject of scientific research, sets the tasks and purpose, theoretical and practical significance. The first chapter provides the theoretical foundations of the market for mutual funds and trust management of securities. The second chapter provides an overview of the trust management market, main indicators and the current status of regulatory regulation in this area. The third chapter presents current problems in the functioning of the mutual fund market, as well as the trust management of securities, indicating possible directions for the development of this market, including in terms of regulation.
