The problem of birth tourism today is very relevant and this is confirmed by numerous publications in the media, but these materials are only superficial and, as a rule, state birth tourism to Argentina as a fact, but do not explain the underlying motives of Russian women when making such a trip. This study reveals the key motives and problems of birth tourism and emigration to Argentina among Russian women, as well as explores the features of the destination for childbirth, which is gaining popularity among Russians.
