Formation of an Anti-crisis Communication Strategy for the Orient Group Management Company

This work is dedicated to the study of developing a crisis communication strategy for the management company Orient Group Management (Uzbekistan). The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the company often becomes the subject of international investigations, conflicts with local residents, and complex relationships with stakeholders. This underscores the importance of forecasting reputational risks and developing effective crisis response scenarios. The paper examines both internal and external crises the company has faced and proposes specific solutions for their mitigation. The results of the study aim to strengthen the company's reputation, improve communication with stakeholders, and enhance its resilience to reputational risks.
