In order to popularize sports and physical culture, as well as a healthy lifestyle, various programs and projects have been adopted and developed at the state level in the modern history of Russia. One of these projects is the object of this analytical review, namely, the federal project "Sport is the norm of life" of the National Project "Demography". This work includes a program of a Comprehensive Communication Strategy for Object Maintenance aimed at creating conditions in media for the formation of a system of motivation of Russian citizens to a healthy lifestyle, including healthy eating, giving up bad habits and systematic sports and physical education.
