Expectations of Volunteers and Event Organizers from Cooperation (Case Study)

Nowadays, volunteering is becoming more and more important among young people, organizations are beginning to involve volunteers in various tasks, more and more young people are becoming occasional volunteers. This reserch is devoted to the study of the interaction of volunteers and event organizers, their expectations and the results of cooperation. By conducting 11 in-depth interviews and included observation within the method of case-study in the educational organization some results were revealed: the expectations of volunteers and organizers, the results of this cooperation, the motives of episodic volunteers, conflict situations between volunteers and organizers. Using this research and the results of this case study you can get an idea of modern volunteerism and what it gives to young people.
