The master's thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the legal and economic aspects of the circulation and realization of rights of Russian investors in foreign securities blocked in foreign jurisdictions. The study focuses on the challenges arising from sanctions restrictions and proposes ways to optimize protection mechanisms for investors' rights. The effects of the sanctions policy are examined, and existing protection mechanisms are analyzed.
