In today's dynamic world, both within Russia and internationally, the company has come to realize that the key to running a successful business and strengthening its competitive position is the ability to accurately assess customer satisfaction and loyalty. The profitability and efficiency of the company directly depend on this. In this paper we will conduct a study of customer satisfaction and loyalty with the services of equestrian clubs in the Nizhny Novgorod region, as well as identify the factors affecting these parameters and develop recommendations to improve service in equestrian clubs in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
