This study examined different scoring options for a new test of cognitive control for 4th grade students. Cognitive control tests are designed to assess a person's ability to realize their goals while ignoring task-irrelevant stimuli. The analysis was carried out on a sample of 4th grade students in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Different scoring methods showed different sensitivities to math and reading literacy scores, as well as psychological scale of self-efficacy. The practical use of the test is being discussed.
