This work is dedicated to creating an online course for 8th-9th grade students, which will enable them to master the basic techniques of solving parameterized problems through partially exploratory activities. The course is designed for independent, in-depth study of the topic and is intended for students planning to enter specialized high school classes. The online course on solving parameterized problems aims to develop logical thinking and initial research skills necessary for every member to function fully in modern society. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography, and an appendix containing all the online course materials. Chapter 1 discusses methodological approaches to teaching parameterized problem-solving in middle school algebra textbooks and various forms of online education currently available, some of which imply independent study without a teacher. As a result, different methods and techniques used in course development are selected, the optimal volume of the online course is determined, and conclusions are drawn about the place it can occupy in the study of parameters in middle school. Chapter 2 develops the methodological features and content of the course and describes the results of testing individual lessons. The course content was selected, its structure determined, and problems for each topic chosen. Based on the results of testing, changes were made to the course. The appendix contains the developed online course for 8th-9th grade students on solving parameterized problems using linear and quadratic functions. It describes the solution process for all problems in the form of interactive questions.
