Online Course "Introduction to the Theory of Functions of Complex Variables" for Students of Non-mathematical Specialties

The work is dedicated to the development of an online elective course for students of non-mathematical fields "Introduction to the Theory of Functions of Complex Variables", which will enable students to gain necessary knowledge and broaden their possibilities of applying mathematical concepts and methods. The work consists of an introduction, two main chapters, a conclusion, a reference list and an appendix. The first chapter focuses on the methodology of teaching theory of functions of complex variables in secondary schools and universities, for students and students from various programs and specializations. It traces the history of the topic and analyzes the current state of affairs in detail. The second chapter provides methodological guidelines for educators who will utilize this course in their teaching. It offers rationale for selecting materials for the course, constructing the curriculum, and designing tasks to assess students' comprehension of knowledge.The appendix contains the content of 10 lectures and provides tasks for self-assessment activities.
