Gender Diversity in Leadership for Digitalization

This research project explores the role of gender diversity in leadership for digitalization. It aims to identify the benefits of promoting gender equality in leadership roles, understand the leadership styles that foster innovation, and pinpoint the challenges women face in the digital sector. The study employs a qualitative research method, conducting personal interviews with 17 respondents for this research paper. The outcome of my thesis includes recommendations for companies on how to make balanced gender representation that can contribute to effective digitalization strategies.
