In the current context of the active development of crypto-assets and the strengthening of international sanctions, the issue of building an effective sanctions compliance system in the field of cryptocurrencies is of particular relevance. This study is aimed at analyzing the existing approaches in Russia and abroad to the regulation of cryptoassets and the mechanisms of sanctions control, as well as developing recommendations for improving the risk management system associated with the use of cryptocurrencies in the context of sanctions pressure.
