Development of Antimonopoly Compliance in the Russian Federation

The graduate qualification work is devoted to the study of the development of antitrust compliance in the Russian Federation. The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations and regulatory framework of antitrust compliance, studies foreign experience, and considers real cases of implementation of antitrust compliance in large Russian companies. The current state and problems of antitrust compliance implementation in Russia were analyzed. Recommendations were developed to improve antitrust compliance mechanisms to increase the efficiency of companies' operations and reduce the risks of antitrust law violations. A section sheet was developed for organizations that want to analyze their own compliance with antitrust laws, as well as to check the formality of the antitrust compliance service.
