This thesis explores the development and optimisation of an automated pricing strategy management system for the Wildberries marketplace within the context of Russia's fast-growing e-commerce industry. The purpose of resolving price-related difficulties will be accomplished by the implementation of qualitative interviews with eight sellers, a quantitative survey of 100 merchants, and one observation with a single vendor. The study focused on investigating seller preferences and obstacles related to the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which enables consumers to facilitate efficient pricing. In order to evaluate the need for such a system and the key features of the minimum viable product (MVP), a comprehensive, large-scale study will be conducted to identify areas for future enhancements. This study showcases the potential benefits of using automated pricing systems in highly competitive e-commerce sectors, including enhanced sales performance and operational efficiency for merchants.
