The Study of the Most Important Regional Problems in the Field of Education Based on the Analysis of Commentaries in Social Networks Using Machine Learning (a Case Study of Moscow Region)

Thepapper is devoted to the study of social network data using machine learning methods to identify the main problems in the field of education discussed by users. The purpose of the study is to test the methodology for analyzing text data to identify key problems in the field of education. The research methodology involves the use of cutting edge machine learning methods. The main results of the papper include several clusters with a negative sentiment, which describe the most frequently discussed problems of social network users. Based on the results obtained, certain government support measures aimed at solving the identified problems are proposed. The results of the study indicate the importance of frequent monitoring of user opinions, which will make it possible to more accurately solve problems in the highest priority aspects of the education system.
