Currently, product innovations in the field of medicine are attracting more and more attention, but the process of their commercialization remains a difficult task. High R&D costs, licensing complexity and other factors slow down the introduction of innovative products to the market. The need to analyze commercialization strategies is becoming more and more urgent, as they make it possible to reduce the time to market and optimize the process of introducing new products. An important aspect is to choose the right strategy that will match the characteristics of a particular product and market conditions. This paper defines the conditions for the formation of a strategy for the commercialization of medical innovations and the factors contributing to and hindering the commercialization of medical innovations, as well as develops a new approach to the commercialization of product innovations in medicine and offers recommendations on the use of strategies for the commercialization of medical products.
