This thesis explores the optimization of healthcare supply chain management through the implementation of an ERP system at a state medical facility in Moscow. It addresses organizational inefficiencies, particularly in medical information management and logistics, while considering legislative, standard, and budgetary constraints. The research integrates theoretical insights on ERP systems, focusing on the evolution and advantages of cloud-based solutions such as cost reduction and enhanced operational efficiency. The practical application is detailed in an implementation plan that defines system requirements and visualizes user interactions through sequence diagrams. The study concludes that ERP systems significantly improve operational processes in healthcare settings, providing a blueprint for future enhancements and broader application in similar institutions.
