This thesis explores the development of a digital assistant architecture for pregnant women in Moscow's State Insurance Medical System to enhance prenatal care through optimized appointment scheduling and personalized care. The research examines the current state of Russian telemedicine legislation, challenges faced by pregnant women without access to digital treatment solutions, and the potential benefits of implementing a digital assistant. A case study on the design of a prenatal digital assistant is presented, detailing key features such as AI-powered health monitoring, appointment management, and integration with the Russian state insurance policy. The research methodology employs a mixed-methods approach, including a survey of 20 pregnant women in Moscow to validate the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. Findings suggest high acceptance of the digital assistant among pregnant women, with perceived usefulness and ease of use being critical factors in adoption. The thesis concludes with recommendations for integrating digital solutions to improve maternal healthcare, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive policies, funding for digital infrastructure, and collaboration between stakeholders.
