Usage of Qualitative UX Research Methods to Audit the Usability of an Application: the Case of Company X

In my work, I will look at how the use of UX research tools helps evaluate the effectiveness of applications, and how the research data can be used to improve the interface, experience, and user loyalty. In my work, I will focus specifically on qualitative UX research, which mostly involves active communication with users. By immersing yourself in this topic, it will be possible to identify effective strategies and tools that will contribute to the creation of a quality product.
