The Current State and Ways to Improve the Provisions of Russian Legislation that Affect the Sphere of Spiritual and Moral Values

This work is devoted to the study of the current state of legal provisions concerning traditional spiritual and moral values, as well as directions of their development. The main emphasis is placed on the need for a deep understanding of the essence and meaning of the values enshrined in normative legal acts. The work also analyses the stages of formation and normative consolidation of traditional values in legal acts of different legal force. The legislation of the subjects of the Russian Federation containing legal provisions that affect the sphere of spiritual and moral values and spiritual and moral education is analysed. Particular attention is being paid to the ways of consolidating the norms of this sphere and bringing the legislation into conformity.
