The Impact of Redomiciliation on the Organization’s Compliance System: Legal Aspects

The purpose of this thesis is to develop a concept for improving Russian legislation on redomiciliation, taking into account foreign experience, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of the redomiciliation process, taking into account the strengthening of compliance processes during redomiciliation. The author examines the legal nature of the institution of redomiciliation, examines the legal regime of special administrative regions of the Russian Federation, studies the experience of foreign legal systems, and studies changes in the compliance processes of an organization during redomiciliation. As a result of the study, the concept of redomiciliation was characterized, an analysis of the legal regime of special administrative regions in the Russian Federation was carried out, control procedures were identified that ensure the effectiveness of the redomiciliation process, problems of the current legislation of the Russian Federation were identified and ways to solve problems were proposed to develop the attractiveness of special administrative regions in the Russian Federation and development of this institution in Russian law.
